Our mission, since 2020 has been, and remains, to provide practical, affordable, and effective support to both professionals and parents working with and caring for, children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
Our team of dedicated and highly skilled professionals have decades of experience working within the education sector here in the UK and internationally. We provide excellent help and support and are a trusted training partner for schools, authorities, trusts, professional organisations, charities and parent groups.

SEND Station has been providing good quality, online Special Education Needs and Disability (SEND) related training for schools and parents since 2020. All our events are online, live and interactive which makes us a unique training provider in the SEND space.
We are a well established and trusted online training provider, both in the UK and internationally, supporting local authorities, education trusts, professional organisations, charities and parent groups.

Our Story
SEND Station began when a group of experienced education professionals, looking for a new challenge during the global pandemic, decided to offer a limited number of training sessions online for schools and parents.
We realised that with a rising cost of living and pressure on education budgets professionals and parents needed an affordable and convenient way of accessing good quality SEND related training.
From very humble beginnings but with a wealth of professional experience behind us we have grown a company we are proud of and that enjoys an excellent reputation for value and quality.
Founding Directors Nicola Durrant and Jonathan Miller continue to run and oversee the day to day business supported by a great team of talented professionals including education advisors, Educational Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, current teachers and practitioners.
Nicola leads on our training offer, is an Autism and Dyslexia specialist, advisor training and former SENCo. Jonathan oversees the business and was formally a senior education consultant for both local governments, international governments and businesses.
SEND Stations provides over a 300 live events each year across a wide range of SEND-related areas. All our content is originally produced, informed by the latest by expertise from experienced professionals regularly updated to ensure it remains relevant. We also offer exclusive sessions for schools and settings who wish to develop their SEND knowledge and practice.
We are UK based but work internationally with schools in mainland Europe, US, Africa, Australia, The Middle East and Asia too. There are many universal applications for SEND related training that are useful and relevant in different part of the world. SEND Station also has an International Team, SEND Station International, based in Singapore.
